Ingredients:

Cinnamomum zeylanicum,Aquilaria malaccensis, Inula heleniumm, Eugenia caryophyllata,Elletaria cardamomum, Piper nigrum, Piper longum, Asarum europaeum,Valeriana Officinalis, Zingiber officinale, Mentha sativa, Pimpinella anisum,Pistacia lentscus,Foeniculum vulgare, Cinnamomum cassia, Cinnamomum iners

Dosage:

half-an-hour before each meal, take one capsule with one glass of water
