Stability chamber
- A stability chamber is a device that creates stable temperature and humidity conditions, providing an ideal environment for various tests.
These chambers are commonly used for conducting various stability tests. Typically, for accelerated stability testing, the temperature is set at 40°C and humidity at 75% for six months, while for long-term or periodic stability testing, the temperature is set at 30°C and humidity at 60% for two years.
Tablet disintegration tester
In the disintegration test, the time it takes for a tablet (or capsule) to disintegrate (dissolve) is measured. In this device, the body environment is simulated. The tablet (or capsule) is placed in baskets embedded in the device, and then it starts moving linearly (or rotationally) in water bath to measure the disintegration time. The disintegration time ensures that the drug is absorbed at the right time and place in the body. This is particularly important for drugs that require rapid or controlled absorption. All drug control laboratories, pharmaceutical research units, and tablet and capsule formulation and production units should use the tablet disintegration tester to assess the quality and effectiveness of the tablets
UV-VIS
The activity of most enzymes, triglycerides, cholesterol, lipoproteins, glucose, creatinine, urea, and a wide range of analytes with clinical and research applications, as well as a broad spectrum of drugs and metabolites, can be measured by spectrophotometry.
Spectrophotometry is also used for studying molecular structures, identifying compounds, comparing structures, determining the maximum absorption wavelength, and other research-related applications. This device is also useful in the quantitative determination of active plant ingredients.
Viscometer
