Syrups and oils
The products of this line are produced in three forms: syrup, oil, and herbal lotion. In the syrup production line, the first step involves extracting herbal essences using a percolator.
The extracted essence is then filtered and transferred to triple-jacketed vacuum reactors with a homogenizer. After being mixed and its formulation completed, it is transferred to the filling section.
The filling machine operates in a fully sterile and hygienic environment, utilizing a rotary spray ball-type CIP system, which allows for automatic cleaning and sterilization without human intervention. After injection in this section, the liquids are sent to the final packaging department.
: In the oil production line, oils are produced and packaged in both blended and single forms. Upon arrival, single oils undergo assessments for acid number and peroxide value, and in some cases, fatty acids are also analyzed. If they meet the standard range, they receive permission for further processing.
In the oil production line, dedicated oil filling machines are used separately.
