Semi-Solid Unit
The products of this line are produced in the forms of creams and ointments. This section has a production capacity of 3,000 tubes per hour.
In the production process of th se products, materials are prepared and blended in a triple-jacketed reactor under vacuum using a homogenizer. The bulk product is then transferred via pipelines to the tube filling section, where it is injected into tubes of various sizes.
These machines are equipped with a CIP system, allowing for cleaning and sterilization without human intervention.
During all manufacturing and filling stages, samples are taken from the bulk product, and upon receiving approval from the quality control unit, permission is granted to proceed to the next stage. Finally, after obtaining the final approval, the products are delivered to the warehouse.
