Solid Unit:
The solid production line products come in pharmaceutical
forms such as tablets and capsules.
The use of fully automatic machinery with the ability to control the powder
dosage has led to the production of products in standard weights, with minimal human intervention and optimal quality.
Additionally, GMP principles are observed throughout all production stages, including manufacturing, filling, and packaging.
To ensure precise product control, sampling is carried out on bulk products at all stages of production, including the filling stage, under the supervision of the QC unit. If various physicochemical and microbiological analyses are passed, the product is allowed to proceed to the next stage (blistering or bottle filling section).
Capsule filling machines are capable of filling
capsules in sizes “00, 02, and 0e”.
In the tablet manufacturing section, a tablet press machine, which is a high-speed and high-precision mechanical device, is used. The tablet press accurately compresses materials into the desired shape. This machine is capable of producing tablets in various shapes.
